Impossible 28 gauge Load Data??

I bought a used Mec 600 28 gauge press from an estate sale. It has a sticker on the powder bottle with a hand written recipe as follows:

Bushing #23
3/4 oz Shot 1295 F.P.S
15.5 gr. Unique Powder

I'm loading Longshot and dropping powder with a different measure. It is dropping 3/4 ounce of shot but I can't find any data for 15.5 grains of unique in 28. I'm not a fan of unique from having used it in pistol cartridges. I'm using AAHS hulls and SG, SG2, or claybuster wads depending on what size shot I use or what I plan to do with it. I'm more curious about what hull and wad this recipe may be for.

I've read that thread. I've seen some data calling for 13.5 and 14 grains of powder but 15.5 seems hot. I was figuring straight walled hulls may allow for that extra powder but I'm drawing blanks.
