It's back ---
One feature I would like to see is when you click on a topic, it takes you to the last post your viewed.
I am on a Tractor forum that has that feature, and it is nice not to have to scroll through posts to find where you left off.
As to the current situation, I understand the need to upgrade and support your efforts...even if it was disturbing to being unable to connect for a few days.
Good luck!!

Looks to me like I see progress! Attaboy!

Doing great, keep it up.
I don't care if it is pink and purple and you have to stand on one foot and hop in circles.
The last four days cold turkey was badddddddddd.

Hope for the best, plan for the worst.
My amendment can beat up your amendment.
Don, on my screen (desktop iMac), there has always been such a feature. Of course, you gotta be logged in for the site to know where you left off. Look for a menu bar just below the thread title. First item on the left is "View First Unread."
I agree, sites without this feature can be a pain.
Always have liked vBulletin. And I hate change, but in reality, it's a necessary evil.

Curious, ---- What site will it look/act comparable to when the changes are done?
I have not really seen any big (noticeable)changes myself, other than the strange doings in the last couple days, like the Unread posts under our member name at the top Right corner disappearing then re-appearing... etc.., but the hijinks seem to be all gone now.
Even the VBulletin version down at the bottom of the page is the same at 4.2.5.
Not seeing much for a change yet. Perhaps it is not time, or it is not done, yet..

I haven't really noticed any difference and have not had any issues logging on at all.
