25 min preheated convection oven, baked both batches at one time
50/50 purple/Kawasaki green I did two loads in the same bowl with the same powder mixture, the first batch picked up more of the purple and the second one, in the remaining powder was grey
modified (repaired) SAECO 9MM mold, when I got it someone had cut some material off the base to make a shorter/lighter boolit leaving a thin base before the lube groove. Had a friend drill out as much of the lube grooves as he could and I polished most of the remaining lube grove out.
50/50 Cardinal gloss white/semigloss black 356-120-TC
did in three different batches of boolits using the same powder in the bowl, not too much color variation between batches, not like the first purple/green mix .
I kinda like this mix, there was very little sticking, nice even coat went from .358 to .360

Everyone has developed their own way...there are different weather/humidity levels across America so what one PC will do on the East Coast might not work here Behind Enemy Lines (West Coast). Some use the recommended 'convection oven' and others a 'toaster oven'...the manufacturers have their recommendations for time and temperature (after the PC has melted), some do a dump in a lump/pile and bake, I like to call that method 'Production Baking' and some pick them up with nitrile gloved fingers and stand them individually to bake, still others suffering from OCD like me still tweezer them to the bake tray. Each to their own & more power to them.
I did a video of how I do them if you are interested... 'FootStompin Powder Coating Cast FWC's' ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xi2gDLxNlxQ

I'm sorry, I saw that comment and forgot or got distracted & didn't answer, I'll plead 'old age forgettery' on this one.
No...I haven't had a hardness issue. This stuff was a Sherwin Williams (I think) I buy it from a local PC painting contractors shop, he gets it in 50 lb. boxes. He didn't like it because it changes hue over a large surface area. I think it just has too much clear carrier in the mix & not enough pigment, dunnoh really.
Your mixing the silver in gives it a brass look in that bottom photo, looks good too.

I clear coated 20 pounds of the NOE 452 277 RF’s I casted up the other day. It was raining on and off all today and Smokes clear PC still gave a nice even tumble.
Stole a little time away from family this week to cast up some MP 452-200s and it had been a while since I’d used Smoke’s Flame Red.
