There is no 'right' that requires me to work for you or you to work for me!
Good to have you home brother. Prayers for you to diligently follow your physical therapy and a quick healing.
Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty.
Pine baron I amen that follow the doctors orders.
Ya'll that know me always come down on me about following doctors orders . It's kind of like you think I'm hard headed or something , lol . I'm not supposed to do anything with the arm except a few passive exercises from the elbow down . They had to cut some tendons and I'm not to do anything with the upper arm . If I bust those stitchs loose on the tendon they reopen it and it takes longer to heal . I don't need that . I have to wear an immobilizer so I can't use the arm , it drives me crazy and chews on my neck ...don't like it but I'm using it .
I start therapy next Monday morning . I'm looking forward to it . I have a lot of good friends here , I thank all that have called or messaged me . You'll never know how much I thank you .

I hope your therapy nurse is a pretty redhead.....
Jus' kiddin'
Years ago I had calcium buildup in my heel that got into the Achilles tendon. Very painful to walk. The solution was for the MD to go in, scrape the calcium out of the tendon, disconnecting it from my heel to do this, insert a bronze pin in my heel bone and attach the tendon to that. Six weeks off the foot for this to heal. Very strict instructions from the MD - same as yours - don't even think about putting stress on that repair for six weeks.
He was strong enough that he scared me - and I did it. Hated the crutches, having to take a bath with my leg hanging off the side of the bathtub, etc., but I did it. Since then I'm glad I did.
I feel for you, brother.

Thank you Charles . I'm out of the woods and doing good ! I thank you . Just got to break this new shoulder in now .
No turning back , No turning back !
Follow up . Went for my two week post operative appointment this morning . Surgeon said only about 5% of patients recover as quickly as I have . I was suppose to keep wearing my 'immobilizer' on my arm for another 6 weeks . But he told me to leave it off and just keep up whatever I was doing .
.................................................. ................Consider prayer......................It works ! Thank all of you again !
No turning back , No turning back !
Prayers are answered for Your recovery
God Bless
