27.2 pounds of TL452-230-TC. About 830 bullets.
My first and favorite mold. 3 pours and the wrinkles are gone. Most of the bullets fall out when I open the mold, the other 1 or 2 drop out with a light shake.

Well, it was two days ago, but... couple hundred 356-120 TC and some Karabiners out of Lee’s fine reproduction mould for 8x57. Those drop at about .327” and require real force to size them down to .324”. They weigh out at almost 235 GR. with lube and gas check. The Lee 9s are just a great all around boolit, can be used in just about anything .38

I hope you mean .327, not .227.

Me and a buddy have plans to cast today. I have a steel work bench in the shop thats big and sturdy enough for 3 or 4 guys to cast on and we get together pretty often. I'll probably get the H&G 503 out and he will probably cast 9mm's from a Lyman mold.
Today I tried my NOE .22 pellet mould for the first time. Tough to keep it hot enough, only a handful of keepers.

Reduced 60+ lbs. of telephone cable sheathing to 2 lb. ingots ready for the casting pot.
Cast about 150 358156's from my single cavity mold. It's pretty slow but I like that boolit
I cast a batch of 45's using the single cavity Ideal 452460 I acquired from a lady who was cleaning out her father's reloading stuff. Alloy is range scrap plus "some" tin. For consistency I started molding my salvaged pewter into nuggets using a 311284 mold. I use a little Lee dipper pot. In a pot of lead, I throw in one "boolit" of tin, which really helps the fill-out. I shoot these in a new-to-me Star BM. I didn't know they made them in 45 ACP until I saw this one in the LGS.

Broke in my new MP 311410 Hp with small pins today, heated on hot plate then cast once lead was at temp. Mold was awesome from the first pour till the last. Cast for about 2hr and drained my little Saeco 24 pot twice. Now let's hope they work in the 300 blkout.
I cast about 50# yesterday!
Cast from five molds. A Redding #396. Lyman 401 / 175g rnfp, RCBS 210 41, my NOE 181 WFN and a RCBS 150 SWC.
Was a beautiful day here. Very nice to way to enjoy it.

Got 200 45 slicks done tonight. I'll be back at it tomorrow.
Cast and powder coated about 1200 358242 95 gr boolits yesterday and am back at it again today. Stocking piling for when can no longer cast my own. Can feed 38 acp,38/357,9mm,and 380's with this particular boolit.
Cast a 20 lb. pot and a half of Lee 9mm 124 TC boolits. When they cool I'll put them in my designated ammo box and size & loob as needed.
I like the 6 cavity mold........
Also introduced a hornet to RemOil spray. The first time the rascal just seemed to shrug it off. The second time was a charm.....

Did I ever mention that I hate to trim brass?
I cast a little with my new 41 mag 220g WFN mold.
Was troublesome at first. I cleaned it three times and sprayed it out four times... Wouldnt cast got till it got super hot. Then I found individually filling each cav helped allot but is best hot.

Broke a casting drought of over a year today. I ended up with 42 pounds and change split between the lee hg68 clone and their 452 228 round nose mold. Felt good to cast again. Once I test the 38 ,boolits I did as a test batch for powder coating I will powder coat today's production.
When you care enough to send the very best, send an ounce of lead.
I cast some Lee 12ga 1oz and 7/8oz slugs today. Going to shoot them out of my 70cal howdah.
