    Just a question....

Have anyone of you used Everglades Seasoning?
Years ago my late wife and I went to Ocala for a revival and stayed with a friend. On the last day she put some chickens on a home made grill and covered them with the stuff. They were delicious. I bought a box and tried it on everything from hamburgers to sauteed mushrooms, onions and peppers... Just did it a bit ago so Lori wouldn't have to cook. Delicious!

After seeing all the news stories from there, I'm a little leary of things in and from Florida.
I wonder if its because they can't get all the alligator wizzz out of the water.

But if that seasoning is a dry powder, it should be safe.

I hope so. I've been using it for 10 years or more. It's a powder and made in Sebring, Fla.
