I just bought an AR upper in 450 Bushmaster. Its going to be wearing a can. Looking for the heaviest powder coated lead bullet I can find, hopefully in the 450-500 grain range, and a load. Anyone have anything worked up ? Thanx.

You may already know this but it takes a .452 boolit not a .458.
Don't know about bullets that heavy. But I'm shooting 300 grain powder coated bullets out of a CVA single shot. 8 1/2 grains of red dot is subsonic I go up to 9 grains and I get a crack and it is very accurate.
Beartooth lists a 405 grain and some smaller ones as well. On the left click on 45LC / 454
