    E-Book: Edward S. Farrow's "American Small Arms" - 1904

A very interesting and informative book from 1904. A complete scan - all 422 pgs

Marlin Info begins on pg 217, Winchester info begins on pg 315.

Be aware that it's 31 mb and might take a while to download on dial-up.

Right click on the link and "save as". If you just click it it won't load right. It's too big.

Wow the preface is kind of eerie! Farrow's had alot of foresight, he practically stated that there WOULD be a world war soon. I havn't got very far into the book, but it looks like an interesting read. Thanks for posting this for download.

Thanks for the link. The author clearly didn't like the Krag, did he? I think I'd disagree with him on that point!
