    Herter's model 5 shotshell press?

I picked up a shotshell press that says Herter's model 5 on it but I can't find a pic or any information on it at all. Not sure what I have but I have tried googling everything I can think of to find more info. Here are some pics. I found this at a antique store for $15, didn't think I could pass it up.

Sorry, I can't figure out how to turn them around.

    Thanks, Randy

When I couldn't find any info on this thing, I just google vintage shotshell reloaders and found some pics of a Mec 400 and wondered if Herters bought the design from Mec. It looks a lot like a rebadged Mec.
