unless that top one has positive pressure air pumped in, those guns are going to be filthy. have some like that for tools and the road dirt gits in no mater how good the seal is.

yea I don't think those top ones would be for me,to much chance of moisture,road grime and theft but I do like the one in the second pic
Check your state laws before purchase. If you use them for more than casual transport, the guns might be classified as concealed weapons. Michigan law has changed, but as a driver of a pickup truck with no trunk, I had to get a transport only concealed weapon permit, about forty years back. The law then, required guns to be stored in a locked trunk. The only exceptions at the time were transport to and from a shooting range, to and from a gun smith and to and from hunting - while carrying a valid hunting license. I made sure to buy a new license every year as soon as they went on sale.
