    NOE order taking a while?

I ordered a mold and some gas checks from NOE on the 3rd, and I haven't heard much since. The order has been listed as processing since the 5th, and the money went through. I sent an email a few days ago and haven't heard back from them. I understand some things take time, but is this normal for them? I've heard nothing but good about them.

It was the big 4th of July sale, so he is no doubt backed up just a bit.

I also placed an order on the 3rd and received it on 7/9

My mold was shown as in stock when I ordered.

I ordered one during the 4th July sale and it came in quick.

am44mag Was your mold in stock when you ordered it? That makes a big difference.
I placed an order for in-stock stuff Monday and it should be delivered Sat 14th

Everything was in stock, and still is in stock. I could see them being backed up, but 10 days seems to be a bit much. I'm not in a hurry for the stuff, mainly I'm just curious what's going on with it. I sent another email.

Give Al a call. Something must have went wrong but a call will give you the info you seek.

No response to the emails yet. I gave them a call but no answer. I left a message.

Got a call back, we are good to go. They got a little behind but they're going out in the next day or so.

I ordered a mould from NOE on July 5 and just got the shipping notice yesterday (July 16). They must have done lot's of business during the Independence Day, week long sale.

Actually, I'm in no hurry to start casting, it's been 100 degrees+ here in central Texas almost every day since June, and will continue to be for months yet. Semper Fi, Treetop
