Showed a friend how to cast boolits a couple of weeks ago so today I showed him the basics of reloading them today for my 357 mag win 94 which he's got a passion for .said he can shoot them on Sunday at the range I think the hundred he loaded might suffice.
Rainy day today... I loaded up 60 rounds of 235 gr RN for my .45 ACP then started melting a couple of 5 gal buckets of range lead. Only got 70 pounds cleaned and cast into ingots. Will work on it again tomorrow.
made a mount for a small fan to blow on my wet tumbler motor. Tends to get warm in our 90°+ weather

Did I ever mention that I hate to trim brass?
I had fun cutting 1.25mm pitch threads on my imperial lathe at 300 rpm for a .223 Rem CZ527 rebarrel. Seems to work fine; ±0.5moa with 70 VLDs and 69 SMKs.

Threw some assorted pistol brass in the tumbler. Got those out, sorted and stored. Now I have a batch of rifle and handgun brass getting clean. With the slow Spring activities I may take out various calibers of rifle brass to clean up from the shelf as they are past due to get freshened up.
Called 9 gun companies looking for banners for the range. NOTHING. I got offered stickers and books.
Stop being blinded by your own ignorance.
What banners would you need?
Rifle, pistol, shotgun??
Like this stuff??

Finished annealing all of my .25-06 brass and then switched over to 358 Winchester brass. As the John Lennon song goes ... "I'm just watching the wheels go round and round ..."

Cast some lee 30 cal boolits nd some more Lee TC for my 9mm. The Lee 30 is an old single cavity. The box says it's a 160 gr, but I weighed most of them nd they were in the 150-153 gr area. I suspect with a GC and lube it will be bit heavier...

Did something I have not done in over a year..................... cleaned up my bench.
Yesterday I resized about 700 223 cases and swaged the primer pockets. Today I'll degrease them and trim them. Got a Prairie Dog shoot coming up soon and have to get ready!
