Twist rate for a Lee 379-250-RF in a 50 cal Reline

I am thinking of sending my 50cal Investarms flinter off to be relined (Have to many 50 s ) and was looking at my Lee 45 colt mold ,it drops at 380 and has a OAL 0.929 . Targets to 100 yds and small game /plinking was the goal and wondered about best twist for accuracy in front of 40-50grains of OE 3F ,maybe some one has a good guess ,I don"t /Thanks Ed

Who is doing the relining? They may be able to tell you as good as anyone.

I dropped some of your numbers into a twist calculator. .92 length, .45 cal, I used 1200fps as a starting point, lead as the alloy of course. It spit out 1-28ish. I have a Green Mtn LRH 45 with a twist of 1-30. Shooting a similar bullet. Mine is from accurate molds. It's a 454 casual bullet 350 grn .454 diameter just a tad shorter than your bullet.
