    Mihec 225 gr HP pins (replaced)

    This mold has been spectacular for me and several others in 45 ACP. It is extremely accurate, and its controlled expansion in a wide variety of media, at different velocities and hardnesses, has been documented by myself and others on this site. Sometimes I can be very careless with a mold and in this case managed to damage one of the larger Hollow point pins.I contacted Miha on the website, told him about the problem, totally of my doing, and he only asked 1 question: he wanted to know my shipping address.

    Today, about one week later, a full set of pins has arrived at no charge. As of tonight, he is listing 4 of these in 4 cavity still in stock, and I just reduced that number by one because I will not go through life without having access to another one.

    That company is gonna struggle with customer service as bad as that!!!

    (Sarcasm if you don't have sarcasm ears...)

    It's great to hear that some folks still have more concern for their customers, instead of every decision being predetermined by "how can we make more money"...
