    93 gr boolit for 3006 -- load data ?

my CBH#4 starts with a 115 gr GC boolit, next up is a 130 gr PB bullet.

im not experienced enough to really guess where to start ( powder charge ) with my little 93 gr bullets,

can i start with the 115 gr data ? would 10 grains unique have enough pressure to function correctly with this light little bullet?

I would drop the charge to 5 or 6 grains of Unique, otherwise you will overdrive the plainbased bullet and lead your barrel.
    Keep velocity to .32-20 levels.

I just looked up the 32 20 load data. Never thought of going off of a different load caliber.

I wouldn't necessarily use the exact data, but it is a good starting point. Since the 32-20 case is much smaller and you will be at much lower pressure in the 30-06, work up accordingly to get velocity that you want. Using a chrono and getting 3220 velocity would be my goal.

For "Cat Sneeze" loads in the '06 I use 3-4 grains of Bullseye or TiteGroup with .32 pistol bullets.

The 5-6 grains of Unique I mentioned is about the minimum of that powder which will ignite uniformly and reliably exit the barrel.

The Lee 93 gr. tumble lube SWC shoots real well in several of my 30-06 rifles.
    Sized to .311" dia.

Makes for a good training load for a young person who is moving from .22 LR to a center-fire rifle.

3.2 grains of bullseye with that bullet shoots great in my 308.i have used up to 7 grains with heavier cast boolets in my 308 axis with great results

As you can see, I'm getting a bit of vertical stringing.
I've wondered if moving the powder charge .2 either way might help that issue ? ?

I've not yet shot these at 100 yards.
