Will Rossi 92 feed NOE 360-180-WFN GC?

I plan to get a Rossi 92 octagon barrel rifle and would like to use NOE 360-180-WFN GC in it. But I read an article about a Rossi having severe problems with that bullet necessitating shortening brass by 0.066" to 1.224" to achieve feeding:

Is this normal or due most Rossi R92's feed this bullet fine?

Any lever rifle can be fussy about the bullet it will feed. You will have to try it.

Had a 357 Magnum R92 and it would feed any bullet style in 38 Special. Couldnt get any 357 Magnum ammo to feed. YMMV.

Don't be afraid to slightly alter the gun so that you can feed that bullet, or the one Junior was using in his article. I did the same thing. Worked wonderfully.

Mine does, but it also feeds every other bullet style of 38 Spl / 357 Mag persuasion, without any modification. Make some dummy rounds up (omitting the primer) and take them to your LGS and have the salesperson cycle them through the action, while your standing there. It fed without a hiccup, plunked my money down.

Brazos Jack: Had the same problem with mine and went to the fix outlined by Jr. Worked fine. Odd thing is that I tried the lee 158 swc gc boolet which you would think would snag on the swc shoulder every time - worked flawlessly. Just proves there are not absolutes here. Have fun with your rossi.
