    RCBS Pro Melt Price

Asking for thoughts on a price on a used RCBS caster?

I might be interested if you're parting with one.

Lol, sounds like he needs more ventilation in his casting shed.

Find one that needs work and buy it cheap, RCBS will refurbish them for $100-110. New pot, element, switch, controls and valve on my 20-30 yr old pot. Works just like my new one.

The valve is nice, I'd be adding a PID right off the bat anyway though.

When I emailed them about a refurbish for mine as asked about a paint job. Reply was they weren't a paint and body shop.
    doesn't hurt to ask.
