Did you clean them per instructions, then heat them according to instructions?
You should not need to spray them with anything.

Use a graphite pencil and coat the pins. It helps w/ release. But I have a feeling they were sticking because they cooled off to much.

if pins get cold they stick, drop the bullets , and close that mould PRONTO to keep the heat in for those pins.

    I love my NOE moulds if I didn't I wouldn't have 16 of them.

    so what changed?
    temperature..
the question is in what direction?

and yeah a little mold release on the pins will help, as will adding a little radius to the tip if one isn't already there.

I learned I had to cast much faster with my NOE than my previous iron molds. Took this old geezer some repetition to keep the aluminum hot enough. Don't stop to admire your work, just keep cranking.

I've ordered a couple of RG moulds just for grins, was pretty surprised when first one rained boolits so easily. I did the scrub routine as usual, then heat cycled them three times. Fourth time I used sprue plate lube on the pins. When I started the pins were a bit cold but as I cast as quickly as I could and pretty soon it was dropping great boolits.

As Blammer said, boolits stick to cold pins.
You stated you started with a pre-heated mold, as you were casting the mold cooled, because you weren't casting fast enough...Sadly once a boolit sticks to a pin, it's a downward spiral, because it takes time to unstick that boolit, mold cools some more...soon boolits are sticking on all pins.

    The Fix should be self-explanatory.

I've owned several NOE HP molds and one 38 HB with the RG equipment.
It seems that larger boolit cavities deliver more heat and are easier to cast with. My 44 SWC HP NOE mold is great to cast with. The 150gr 38 HBWC NOE mold is difficult to cast fast enough to keep the boolits from sticking...So one solution to that, is I pour 9 or 10 pours, then put the mold back on the hot plate for a few minutes, to come back up to heat. Then start pouring again.
