Custom Expander for Dillon 550B ?

Does anyone make a custom powder through expander for the Dillon 550B powder die?
I'm looking for a Dillon expander for 38 Special that is a little bit larger than the standard Dillon expander for the 38/357 set up.

My first thought was to take a 40 caliber expander and turn it down to achieve the desired diameter but than I thought that someone likely makes that expander. I'd rather just buy one.

Thanks, that thread ends with a recommendation for lathesmith but it never actually talks about the availability of the expanders.

NOE makes PTX expanders I think, but I'm not sure what equipment they are designed around.

The NOE expanders are for Lee ptx dies.

Here is the powder through expander I use for 9mm and 357mag. both with cast bullets with no problems. I do however do not use a Lee factory crimp die with cast bullets because that will defeat the purpose of expanding the case specifically for cast bullets. The Mr Bullet Feeder expander will expand the case like a Lyman "M" die.
