    New Rifle for next hunting season

    Picked up a new rifle for next hunting season. It's a Remington 700 AAC-AD in 308, I've added a Magpul Hunter stock with detachable Mag. Right now is is wearing a Vortex 3x9 scope on a 20 moa base. Going to change scope out when I can free up some $$. Looking at the Burris XTR 2in in 4x20 but at over 1100 it may take a bit. I was using Hornady 178 A-Max over Benchmark powder. Working up a powder charge right now. I'm pleased with the results. I'm sure they will get better as I get more familiar with the rifle and get the barrel broke in more.
