I have 4.3gn of 700x under a 115gn plated rn with an oal of 1.13.
Imr has a load of 4.7gn of 700x under a 115gn jhp so I backed that down.
Does anyone see any issues?

Reloaders reference has an older load for a jhp.
Also these are plated not lrn.
That load is up there near top end. I was surprised to see the variance between what is recommended for Lead Boolits and jacketed. I will say that your top data, 4.7 grains 700X exceeds those listed by Lyman, Speer, Hornady and Hodgdon and your 4.3 load is .1 grains over the top of Hodgdon for a 115 grain jacketed bullet.
I think I would drop back a little, say to 4.1 and test things there before moving up. Top end is 4.4-4.5 except for Hodgdon.
