    What Are These

My friend has been casting bullets with these and they make really shiny bullets. Does anyone know what these are?

leaving then the question what is the alloy .....and that ummm could be anything
shiny castings are oft obtained at a low enough temp to "just cast well" ( a close relationship between mold and melt temps with a decent enough cadence to maintain it ) some, such as those tumble lubing, may prefer a wee bit warmer to keep a slight frost going , some molds also prefer to work on the hot side

Pure lead makes for real shiny bullets too i saw a bunch of 54 cal maxi hunters cast of pure lead and they where almost chrome looking.
