I have 2 molds that I use for 7.62x39, both are Lee .312 bore size. One is 155 grain, the other is 185 gr. This one is awesome out of my SKS.
I dropped the powder charge a bit, dropped the speed maybe 1/3 but increased the bullet mass 1/3. So it is slower, but hits every bit as hard if not harder.

For my Mosin which needs .314 cast I simply use a few small strips of aluminum tape to get it to throw larger boolits.

I'm just starting to work up cast bullet loads for my Arsenal milled-receiver AK's. They are pretty accurate with jacketed bullets, so I wanted to see how accurate they could be with cast too. My throats measure about .313", so I recently ordered the NOE 314 155gr FN-GC. This design is still in stock. See: http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/product...v2eh4fkbn8lbg3

Another bullet I wanted to try is the NOE 314466 152gr Loverin style FN-GC. See: http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/product...oj5i5t165limh2

The NOE 314466 Loverin style 152gr FN-GC listed above isn't in stock right now, so I started a post on the NOE Forum "Wish List" asking Al (Swede) Nelson to do a rerun. If you'd like to join in on that discussion, go to: http://noebulletmolds.com/smf/index.php?topic=558.0

Another interesting bullet for the 7.62x39mm is the original .312" 160gr FN-GC bullet designed by Ed Harris for NEI, and later picked up by Lee, with modifications to suit their production techniques. There's a Group Buy Discussion thread going on now on the NOE Forum to do a rerun of this fine design as it was originally intended to be. There's another Active Group Buy for a 7.62x39mm mould that was just started on the NOE Forum yesterday. It's for the Ranch Dog TLC-313-150-RF design. To see that one, go to: http://noebulletmolds.com/smf/index.php?topic=587.0

The above suggestions are probably the best routes but, if the Lee mold is working for you, they do make a 6 cavity mold also.
