    Once had someone shoot 380acp in my 9mm High Power. Didn't do any damage but he only fired a couple rounds before I realized what he was doing and stopped him.

    That's my idea. I was picking up spent brass when I found it. I find all sorts of mistakes when looking for brass. Most seem to be 9mm that was crimped so tight that the case mouth slipped past the chamber for a miss fire.
