NOE 360-180 WFN RG-2 GC in Brass on the way!!!

I took advantage of Al's sale today and scored a nice mold. Can't wait to get it. Looking for load recommendations that will be launched out of a Redhawk, Blackhawk and Marlin. Likely will load with 296/AA #9/2400/LG/4277 as I have several pounds of each but am open to load suggestions. Woot Woot!

Sounds like fun, been a little curious about a RG mould. 296 and 2400 sound like winners but the .357 is way down on my project list, will be following your progress with interest. 4227 is a powder I haven't used but sounds well suited.

    TGN,

ill keep you updated but I still have 2 MP molds for my 45 colt that I want to play with too.

Time is usually my most precious commodity and typically spend it with family when I can.

I cast that boolit in a Noe aluminum mold and it is my favorite .357 boolit. I shot it in my Marlin over 14.5 gr lilgun and it was very accurate. Never had a chance to shoot a critter with it though. It shoots better than my Lee 158.

No hurry, way behind on projects and enjoy them too much to rush. Can also understand how life and work get in the way, been like that around here for awhile too.

I have had the LBT 187gr version with two crimp
groves for 18 years, the oal on my loads is 1.635 and 1.675
depending on which gun I shoot them from.

A six to 6.5'' GP100 or BH will do 1500fps+ and group six inches
or less at 200yds with h 108 or 296, don't shoot these loads form
    lesser guns.

I also have a Redhawk in 7.5'', lots of steel there, can seat boolits
even farther out if you want to.

The marlin can be altered to accept a longer oal too.

My 20'' shoots the 187gr at 1850fps easy with boolits
at 1.635, now my standard load.

I have nineteen 357s, I must love the 357, that boolit
    made me love them.
