Marlin 336 30/30 with Winchester 748 Zeroed at 100 Yards

As the title says, this is my Marlin 336 30/30 with Winchester 748 load data, use at your own discretion.
As a new a caster I've taken all kinds of good stuff from this forum and I now have a pet load worth sharing.

I melted various wheel weights, skimmed the junk off the top and poured a Lee ingot mold. No specifics for lead...
Cast with a LEE 2-Cavity Mold C309-160-R #90367 dropping an actual cast boolit at 163 GR.

    Load data is as follows:
163 GR RNCWW with Hornady gas check
Brass is once fired WIN FC 30/30
    23 GR Winchester 748
    COL @ 2.4945

Marlin 336 with Micro Groove Barrel Tru Glo Green & Red "iron" sights
Very accurate zeroed at 100 yards.

Learning to do this has been outstanding, maybe this will help another guy.

Good job, thanks for sharing your pet load with us. And of course, welcome to the affliction!
748 is indeed a versatile powder and the thutty-thutty seems to like a wide variety of powders and boolits. I used to think 30-30 factory ammo was too cheap to bother reloading. At least I was smart enough to save my brass.
