    Selling reloaded Ammo ?

I have a few T/C Bbl's in wild cat chambering I no longer shoot, I'm thinking about loading ammo for each one to "sweeten the deal".
Are their any laws / restrictions on private sale of reloads as part of a "package deal" ??

You must be licensed and insured to sell reloaded ammo

Q: Is a person who reloads ammunition required to be licensed as a manufacturer?

Yes, if the person engages in the business of selling or distributing reloads for the purpose of livelihood and profit. No, if the person reloads only for personal use.

I would sell em the barrel and GIVE them the leftover loaded ammo.

    or

Simply sell the barrel with the components and data

It would depend on how/where said sale/trade is gonna happen.

I would give them the components....less liability for everyone involved!

If it is a wildcat, just tear down the cartridges and give the buyer the unloaded brass. hate to have a lawsuit over weather the ammo or gun is at fault.

some one else getting your reloaded ammo is a mess I would not want in to all the legal issue's you would have .
if some one buys a wild cat chambered barrel or rifle they are normally expecting to hand load for.
what happens if you give them ammo, and they load a few hot rounds, gun goes big bang, now prove in court it was not your ammo?

    Wayne,
In your post you didnt say that you were going to charge anything for the reloaded ammo, you were just giving it away to sweeten the deal so... no there is no law against it

What if someone wanted some reloads for the cost of components?
