Looks like the powder drop/expander insert that drops into a Dillon powder cylinder.

I have a Dillon 550B press. For every caliber shell plate, that component is included. It drops down into a hollow tube that is threaded into the number two location on the toolhead. The powder reservoir and measuring bar are clamped on top. As the shellplate is raised, the case mouth contacts the component in your picture, and pushes it up to actuate the powder measure. At the top of the stroke, it also flares the mouth for pistol cartridges. May be the same for the other Dillon presses, but I am only familiar with the 550B. If it is solid, with no passage through the center, not sure what it is.

Right. I too have the 550. It resembles a powder funnel but it is solid. I'm thinking its a case flair to use separate from the powder thru funnels. For when you don't want to use the powder drop. I don't see them on dillons site but have seen them on other presses that don't have the powder die flare feature of Dillon. But it does fit the Dillon powder die.

That is a platform alignment tool for the 450,550, and 650 presses. I have a few of them, they are needed to realign the platform when you do a complete tear down cleaning the machine. Or when adding a case feeder to a 550.

I just received one of those in the mail today from Dillon. They will provide them to you for free when you are having alignment issues.
