I had 5 bypasses almost two years ago. It is a surgery you will come through fine. My prayers are with you, stay strong in Him. It is very good news that they are planning to do it on a scheduled basis rather than an emergency. Mine was the same way. The waiting can be tough. I finally told my Doc "Let's get this over with".

A quadruple sounds like splittin the sternum rather than the keyhole type. My wife's recovering from a triple. Prayers sent for speedy recovery and that nothing happens in the meantime to turn things emergent.

Thoughts and prayers. My father had similar surgery a year ago and was back shooting an 2 months. Your surgery will go fine and you'll be back at it in no time.
