    Pistachio Coffee Cake

I have to show up with two of these Pistachio Coffee Cake's at a family gathering.
Especially during the Holiday's ... thought I'd share with everyone.

    Pistachio Coffee Cake

    Batter:
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake
    8 oz Sour Cream
    4 Eggs
    ½ cup oil
    1 box Pistachio pudding (instant)
    1 teaspoon Almond extract

Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes

    Filling Swirl:

    ½ cup sugar
    ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Mix together

Grease & flour tube or spring pan
Pour 1/3 of batter, add 1/3 of swirl mix
Add next 1/3 batter , add 1/3 of swirl mix
Add remaining batter and put remaining swirl
    Mix on top

Bake at 350 in oven for 50 min.

Going to have to show this to my sister. She is the family baker and always looking for new ideas.
I keep trying to stay afloat but can't help from shooting holes in my own boat.

I really love pistachio's big time (not the price though). I am just going to give this a go. It just sounds so darn great. Thanks a lot for posting the recipe.
