I'm interested in restoring this 1909 Argentine barreled action. I have never R&R'd a rear sight base on a Mauser action. Is the 1909 Argentine rear sight base proprietary or could I use any LR Mauser rear sight base and use the appropriate sight leaf? Any tips on the install and alignment process? Thanks
