That is exploiting child labor. I'm extremely jealous. My kids are 43 and 47. Their kids are afraid of spiders and work. Hot dogs or pizza wont buy squat.

I find that 9 year olds work better if they get to shoot the 44 Magnum.

    Have fun with this stuff.

to speed up the process then you can put them to work resizing cases for ya, or loading magazines.

I was sorting brass today, using the black, blue, yellow things that Artful posted about. I think 500Mag's way is better!

Eventually those 2 Brass sorters are going to get expensive in burgers hot dogs and sodas. Along with the ammo consumtion increase. When they getto a growth spurt factory ammo will be cheaper LOL

Believe it or not, I get them to go to tire shops with me to search for ww's. They won't give us any ww's but we walk the area of the parking lot and pick them up. They think its a blast. There are 4 shops within 2 miles of our house that we hit about every 3 months and we normally come up with about 5 to 10 pounds in about an hour.

+1 they still need to do the final sort by hand but it does greatly streamline the process giving them more time for sizing and other tasks.

500Mag. I have the single grandchild model! Works great but he has to be supplied with 22 shells and any other caliber grandpa takes to the range. He is 16 and has a couple of his own and even helps with a little reloading.
Been wondering about the two kid set up but my damn kids won't come through!!
I may have to go and abduct another kid that likes to shoot!!!!!

Just got a set of the sizing sorters (the plastic kind). sure do like em. Now if I could get 2 like the OP I would be set. 5 year old daughter helps me load tumblers with soap for SS pins and set em to dry. Likes to squish unservicable brass in my bench vice. Just a few more years. She always wants to help.

My teen daughters love to shoot but I can't even get them to pick up the brass. It ruins their manicure.

Very cool! I love to see kids earning things.

Please make sure to stress proper cleaning habits. After personally getting lead poisoning from bad handling habits I try to be extra careful with kids.
