I have only a 1x7 twist in my ar15 carbines and rifles.
Is there a problem running 75-90 grain lead boolits in this diameter?
Id be interested in getting a custom mold done in this weight range, but would like to hear fromothers experinces.

I run 72 grain boolits in my 1:7 twist AR (LMT). The boolits drop at 72 grains from my NOE 70 grain mold. No real problems different than other cast rifle boolits but there are a lot of steps from casting to ready-to-fire. The maximum velocity I get without boolit destabilization is about 1950 ft/second with a lead-antimony-tin alloy. Good luck.
