    Lead from a friend

I loaded up 100 rounds of "J" bullet .308 ammo for a friend. Yesterday he came over and paid me for the componets that went into the ammo as was my price for a friend. Before leaving he said his Uncle that had a repair auto shop gave him something to pass on to me. In the back of his pick up was a FULL milk crate and an over 1/2 full 5 gal. pail of WW. It took both of us to move the milk crate, I managed the pail - barely. He wanted no money for the weights or anything in trade. Kinda nice to have friends like that. We guessed the weights at 150+ lbs.Robert

Got a phone call from that friend that I loaded the ammo for tonight. He was absolutely raving over the accuracy of that ammo in his rifle. His Uncle, that sent me the weights, also shot the rifle a bit. Now he is putting the word out to other repair shops to save their weights for him so they can be passed on to me! I was at an absolute loss of what to say for once in my life about this. Sorta restores my feeling that not everybody is out to take from me.Robert

Kind of nice to have a friend like you!

I think he appreciated the effort that you went to for him and reciprocated! That is what a friend should do.

I think that you both are pretty lucky!
