How does this custom made mold work?

Not sure how to go about using this mold. It molds a starting bullet for another set of custom swaging dies that ends up creating a .439 smooth sided, paper patched for a blackpowder bench rifle. I have a rough schematic of what comes out of this mold....but how in the world do you get the bullet out once cast. The inner chamber is tapered so will it just push out through the casting hole? Lube/candle the inside first? Lost here. My measurements are VERY crude as well

That's a "Push Out Mold" - The name itself should tell you something. Talk to board member Longbow who usually hangs out down in the shotgun reloading section of the board. He makes his own molds of that type and casts with them. He should be able to give you some helpful tips on using one to good effect.

That looks more like a 'pound die' than a mould. That seems to be a hand-held swage rather than a mould.
