I am saddened to hear of his death. Mr Cirrillo gave us quite a bit of knowledge and humor, we are diminished.
If it's the same Jim Cirillo of the NYPD stakeout squad I think it is, I hope they slip one of his model 10 Smiths in with him. As I recall, he had more opportunities to use it than any 10 men should.
Indeed a sad loss to us all who admired the man, his dedication to the people he served will live on for many years to come.
