    Holster Pattern... where to find!

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place. The moderators can (and generally will) feel free to move it if necessary.
I'm looking for a pattern for a California 'Slim-Jim' Holster that will accommodate the 1851 Navy Colt and replicas. I can find articles on making the holster, but I can't find a decent pattern that I can follow to make my own. I don't need a fancy lined holster, just one that I can make that will work for right and left-handed cross-draw. I can tool it myself, of course, but I want to make the holsters. Until I find something, I'll work with some fairly inexpensive, store-bought holsters, but we'll see!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have a cheap Slim Jim, just cut the stitching and spread it out.

Tandy Leather used to carry a set of patterns also.

Put the navy on a piece of paper bag and cut trim and pin till it fits and then make it out of leather. I must have a dozen of these I keep for reference.
