anyone familiar with a T103-17 .22RF mag fed bolt repeater?

this one is ugly!

had a triangle with a T in the middle, engraved in the receiver with "T103-17"below, and "Made in USSR" below that

sights appear to be 25m out to 200m with something-H-C of some sort engraved on it

receiver is grooved for scope mounts

none blued bolt. with a nub that fits a recess for a safety when not cocked, and a recess on the rear of receiver for the nub to fit, locking it safe when cocked.

bulbous nose on the muzzle, counterbored, with rings machined into the bulbous nose

nicely blued overall but could use some refinements. Appears solidly built, if a little rough.

barrel is around 20", 4 groove RH twist

stock appears dyed to give some figure, and hand cut checkering

the stock finish is ruined. looks like someone had deet on their hands, and it melted the finish. you can easily see finger/hand prints. (this one will get sanded and refinished, I think)

this one is not marked (that I can find) as to the round it fires

I'm just interested in any tidbits of history, and nuances if known.
