I use my LEE Classic cast, but I'm just doing .224 and pistol right now. Busted dies but havn't busted the press yet.

Lee classic cast with custom upper ram for using threaded base punch instead of shellholder type.
Yeah, I've posted this photo a bunch of times before and I'll probably post it a punch of times in the future too

My "other" is a Hollywood Sr single. Only 44 cal half jackets so far, using an old Herters die.

There is no 'right' that requires me to work for you or you to work for me!
I use three: a Series II, Walnut Hill and a Rock Chucker. It was easier for me to set up the various presses for different operations and leave them that way.
Generally, I CS with the Series II, PF with the Walnut Hill and, for the bullets that need it, form the tips on the Series II. I only use the RCBS press for making 22 RF jackets.

Corbin S, only because I got it used for less than a new RC. It's also a heckuva good single stage reloading press !
Has anyone ever used an RCBS Ammomaster .50 BMG press for swaging? It has a 1-1/2 ram.
I use a Corbin Hydro, a CHP-1 H, and a Corbin S Press And Dillon loading Presses.

Found an RCBS Big Max a4 for $300 is that good deal? Seems bout average anybody have any experience with these? Understand shell holder is different?
Not a bad price. I have one that i bought back in the
80`s and i paid 150 for it. The shell holder is removable,
it is threaded with 7/8x14 .

It sold was pretty sure about price being good, was wondering more about using for swaging and parts available, oh well maybe ill find out more about em in time for the next good deal.
Well I guess I can tell now.
Started with a supreme doing pistol bullets, got a mitey mite horizontal Used a Corbin Hydro and have set up a RockCrusher for my rifle rounds and loading my Nitro loads.
All of them fun to use.
