    new rcbs trim pro won't turn

    i just now got this out of the box and the cutter shaft will not turn or slide in or out. does someone know if this is operator error, or should i send it back?

    Did you check to see if there is a set screw that may have been turned in to keep the shaft from turning/sliding during shipment?

    there is a hole on the side of the cutter guide. but i could not see a screw in it
