    HP a 257388??????????

I've been cleaning up my dad's last rifle project before he died last year—a Sako L461 in .25/222 Copperhead. He had a 257420 flat point mould, but it hasn't surfaced in the stuff I've gone through.

I have 2 257388 moulds, and am wondering about having one hollow-pointed and fitted with an extra pin to create a flat point. I guess my first step will be to see how the rifle likes the pointy ones, and to be sure both moulds cast well.

    Any suggestions/experience?

    Thanks,

    Richard

Contact member Buckshot. His lathe is down currently, so it may be some time before he could do the work.
