    Marlin 30AS Improved

Here's a target from the Marlin I had chambered in .30-30 Ackley Improved with a Lee mold 170 gr FP, 21 grs of AA 5744 at 100 yds. I'm thinking that this is my new deer load. Exactly 1 inch 3 shot group. Luck still had a lot to do with it.

Good & Lucky, a hard combo to beat! Congrats on the "new" deer rifle.

I think the deer in your neck of the woods should be worried, very worried.
