I'd come and carry it for you Jim as long as I could pop a couple of caps.

You carry the rifle AND do the shootin'. I'll hold the light and the video camera. Don't shoot the 'coon, though. Just shoot in the ground under the tree. When it falls over, we'll turn the dogs loose.

Man! I like big bore rifles, but that is a bit more than I want to shoot, well maybe just once.

I got to handle a cartridge in Ohio in 2010. IIRC cost of a factory round was about $85.00 each. Carroll Pillant of Sierra showed it to us. They also told the story of a owner of one of those fired his inside his house twice.

kills from one end, cripples from the other. I am not recoil sensitive but there is no way I shoot that thing.

That would be a handy squirrel rifle.

If the squirrel was hiding behind a Sherman Tank....

That is a very prudent observation there Doug.

Interesting rifle but what is the point? I'd rather have a .50 BMG.

Shouldn't that be mounted on a wheeled tripod with hydraulic recoil cylinders????

In the video they claim the biggest cartridge, but that aint so!
I do believe that the 2 bore underlever made by Mr. Stolzer is even bigger, slower yes but in all other intends bigger!
More powder, heavier bullet and bigger caliber (by far!)

But afar from that it's as usefull as a doorflap in a submarine.

There are some things I won't try, even once, like cyanide, jumping in front of a train....well, you get the drift.
