    What do you do with your ZN wheelweights??

    Will they melt good enough to make downrigger balls from for salmon fishing??

    You could do that. Zinc ingots are worth a lot more than lead though so I'd sell them to hobbyists.

    List them over on the bay. There are alot of sinker makers that need weights. Just make sure you list as zn.
    I would rather fish. Can you shoot fish ?

    I have a buddy with a home cannon. I cast up some cannon balls for him with a 12 oz sinker mold. He likes the zinc because it doesn't deform like the lead balls.

    yeah i go to the scrap yard and buy ww and it ends up being a mixed bag pb zn and steel i separate the zn out and sell it back to him for a lil more than i pay for lb of pb...i think its kinda funny

    I make sinkers out of them,just dont make split shot out of them unless you use pliers.. too hard for teeth to squeese tight

    I currently use them for PRB & slingshot balls. I especially like using them for my .690 balls for my 12ga Howda (I hate wasting 1oz of lead/ww at a hit for a showoff toy...).

    It would be interesting to try to make a mould just for zn that would work in my PTR91 (7.62x51) as a high sectional density 150gr bullet for dinking around with...

    Depends on what you were shooting with them. IMO Zn buckshot would work just dandy on about everything but Bucks.
