    Beeman,
In my experience this powder is closer to IMR 4831's burning rate. I bought 32lbs of it when it was $4.00/lb!!! Am down to just a few pounds. Not much data then...used IMR4350 data as a start. Accurate now has extensive data for it. I have had very good luck with it.

been shooting alot of it lately,in a30-30. Speed is almost grain for grain, the same speed as 4831.

I bought a lot of that powder (32 pounds) about 20 years ago and have used it for a lot of loads in 30-06, 243, 7.5 Swiss and 6.5X55. It works just about like 4831 but it is a little slower. Right now because I have had it so long I am using it in 30-06 loads for my M1 Garand. I have an adjustable gas nut for the rifle so as to not over stress the op rod. I found that with a full to the brim case full and a 150 gr jacketed bullet that it gives around 2650 fps and good accuracy. I have also used it in a 45-70 but it leaves massive amount of unburned powder in the bore.
