MSC metalworking supply has brass shim stock on sale until the 14th of oct. This is usually listed as "half hard", 70% copper, 30% zink. They have it from .0010-.310 thick. I paid $14.49 for 6"X100" of .0100. I was ordering other stuff so shipping was cheap.
