    Saeco 301 /slightly warped?

    Hello everybody!
I picked up a Saeco 301 SC on ebay. It was loose so I tapped in the pins a tad & carefully filed off the hump around the pin hloes to flush. but I can see day light through the mold at the cavity from top to bottom and not ot the ends .
I guess its warped a tiny bit. I havent cast it yet. Can I clean this up with a very flat surface and a bit of fine sand paper?? any Ideas are WELCOME..... Thanks buck

............I'd try casting with it first. You may get good useable boolits. Also when heated it may 'warp' back into perfection! If it doesn't close up and it doesn't fin or have whiskers it will be fatter in the middle
