My Lee 125 gr. RF, 38 Spec. / 357 Mag. , 6 cav. mold arrived today. It is the new style. ( I'm not a big fan of bevel bases ). I wanted the flat base. This bullet has a nice generous crimp groove.
At 125 grs., this should make my Lee , 20 lb. ladle pot last a little bit longer and make a generous pile of bullets.
Looks like it needs little bit of " Lee - Menting " and I'll be ready to start casting.
I'm anxious to try this bullet out in my 6 " , Colt Officer's Model Match and my Marlin, 38 Spec.,1894 , CBC.
Anyone with a favorite load for this bullet in the 38 Spec. case that they would like to share ?
