    My Star punch

I am new with my Star sizer. I have not been able to get it to work properly. Right now my punch is ending up full of lube but the grooves of my boolits have no lube. Does this indicate my punch is in the wrong position? Too high or too low? I sure need help. I have a heater.

    Plaz,

The punch is going too deep if you are getting lube on it and none into the lube grooves. Somewhere on this board there was a post on how to set up a Star. I hope somebody else will chime in with the link. The Star can be a booger to set up, but once running you won't look back.

The directions that come with the Star on setting up the punch is a great place to start.

If you didn't get your machine new and/or didn't get the intructions here is a visual of what the instructions say. Magma has videos on most everything Star here:
