I am looking for a mold that was once a puller Lyman h.p. Mold, their 429421 Keith style swc I plan on using it with soft alloy at .44 special velocities. Any thoughts out there?

Reading can provide limited education because only shooting provides YOUR answers as you tie everything together for THAT gun. The better the gun, the less you have to know / do & the more flexibility you have to achieve success.
Welcome to the forum Ted. The odds of finding a factory one for sale are less than quadrupling your money in the stock market in a weeks time. There are quite a few single cavity 429421 molds about, I suggest you get one and send it off to the above linc or Buckshot to have it hP'd. You can post in our sale section, want to buy after 25 posts or 30 days. Good luck in the quest.

or swage the finished cast.
i'd just find a single or double cav and send it in to be done.
Good advice above. The originals, and I think they're the most numerous HP designs available, are pricey.
Find a good 429421 DC that casts bullets in the .431-433" diameter range and have one cavity HP'd. I've done this on several moulds and it works well.
The original pin diameter on my originals was .156" and the cavity extends to half the length of the bullet.
This is a fine mould modification and should shoot well in your .44 Special./beagle

"puller Lyman . . . . mold" ?????
What does "puller" mean in this context?

If it was easy, anybody could do it.
Like this one? http://castboolits.gunloads.com/atta...1&d=1252306757 When I got it the HP pin was missing, so jury-rigged one up with a little help from Beagle's information to try the mould out, ended up keeping the pin the way it was because it worked so well.
I'd buy a new two-cavity one, send it to Erik Ohlen, and have him make one cavity a HP as has been suggested, and have him cut the driving bands in the HP cavity so they drop the diameter you need.

Good morning
If you do not need lots of hollow points you can drill them.
There have been all sorts of posts about simple fixtures and a sponsor sells a very nice outfit.
But once you have your boolit holder made with drill guide hole it is a fast and simple task to HP any bullet in that diameter.
